Jessica Biel Joins Next Cast

jessicaBiel.jpgI want to see more Jessica Biel please. Looks like I will according to Cinematical. Biel has joined the cast of Next, a film about a man who can see his own future (played by Nicolas Cage). Due to Cage's characters power, the FBI catch's wind of it and begins to hunt him down. Biel will be the love interest and perhaps be the mother of Cage's child, that is if they survive.

The Movie Blog has discussed the age gaps between leading men and their leading ladies before. Cage, who is forty two, is eighteen years older than Biel. Which isn't all that big of a gap, but realistically I don't know many twenty four year old women who are chasing after forty year old men. Then again I have a hard time dating twenty one year old's.

I love Biel. After seeing her saucy character in The Rules of Attraction ("Oops, rusty pipes") I became a fan. She's an OK actress and extremely easy on the eyes. I always look forward to seeing her in a tight pair of jeans.

Biel will play Cage's love interest (she runs afoul of terrorist, somehow), and Julianne Moore also has a major role in the film. Directed by Lee Tamahori of xXx: State of the Union and Die Another Day "fame," Next isn't expected in theaters until 2007.

Wow.

That there's such a racy snapshot, it is no wonder Lee Tamahori is directing.
For starters, it gets him from hustlin' n' walkin' da streets....and back in the director's chair. Second, it gives him another chance. Everyone has thier, um, scandals. But I'm not all that enthusiastic...drag or no drag, his last outing, ur, I mean directing effort (xXx2) was one of the worst films I seen all last year.

And Jessica, hot + talented she may be, and I do like her from her days on 'Seventh Heaven' to even 'Blade Trinity'...but she was in that crapfest Steath.

Alba and Biel... two most perfect examples that you don't have to have zero talent, just zero fat.... it's pathetic...
