According to IMDB he's set to star in an "Indie" and something slightly bigger.

In his new film, Furnace, the actor will play a man running from spirits unleashed in the prison where he is serving time. He's also scheduled to star in upcoming indie movie Toxic, opposite Bai Ling and rapper Master P.

His prior woes reads like a very sad story indeed. Do you think there's hope for him to claw back some glory? I hope there is.
