Zach Braff is Fletch?
Over at Dark Horizons they are reporting that MTV has announced the new Fletch:
"Scrubs" star Zach Braff...said: "They're huge shoes to fill... if people see any similarities, he was a goofy guy who wasn't your stereotypical magazine poster boy, but he had the ability to be a great everyman. If I can set out to do anything in my career, it would be to play people that the people can relate to. Those are the parts I'm most interested in doing".
Wow, and thinking about what I've seen of Braff I think he could quite easily fill Chase's shoes as Fletch...What do you think?

As much as I love Zach Braff's work in Scrubs & Garden State. I'm simply just not interested in this since they gave Kevin Smith the boot. Boycott ...

I think that's a great casting choice. I love Jason Lee but I think Zach Braff has the better chops for this role. And yes we all love Kevin Smith, but hey if a director has one vision and the producers have a different vision, they're going to find someone else. You don't fit a square peg in a round hole, ya know?

If we can't have Jason Lee, I'll take Zach Braff. Nice to see the project moving forward again.
