Slither trailer
Now this is a total surprise, I don't recall hearing anything about this movie until this trailer and it actually looks quite good fun. Okay, so Nathan Fillion just seems like he's straight from Serenity, but it still looks like it might be fun...
...or for the flipside it might fall into that category of failed sci-fi\any-genre comedies...too far or just enough, or is it just too hard to tell from the trailer?

The script by James Gunn, also directing, was hilarious. I have high hopes.

The leeches are back!
This film here advertises itself as 'not as wussy' as 'Hellraiser' 'Excorist' and 'Halloween'. Although some creature effects look well handled (Slugs on the walls) I think this is more of a sci-fi horror spoof like 1986's "Night Of The Creeps", which also featured slithery slugs which zombified people and animals.
