X-Men 3 plot revealed
These are huge, and for this reason I am not going to post any quote here. The story is all over the place but I picked it this morning from dtheatre:
In a random posting on a Canadian geek website supposedly placed by a guy who was on the X-Men 3 set in Vancouver, a number of huge spoilers were included with a mini-review of the script he claimed a set PA showed him.
I warn you that I glanced at it briefly, and although the first one I saw isn't anything new over the previous spoilers, it does actually specify the characters involved, and I suspect that the others are going to be detailed and massive.
Of course, bear in mind that they might not be true, but is it worth the risk. Weigh that carefully up before you decide to select the link at canmag.com to read the story.

Well, this story seems a little shaky to me, but who knows what is true and what isn't. Professor X did "die" in the comics once, but not from a virus. They even offed Scott once too. The only piece that makes sense is the Phoenix killing herself, which she did, so at least that part appears to follow the comic.
All the same I think it's going to suck and that makes me sad.

So far I've been trying to keep a positive POV while looking at this movie - but after reading that - I have lost A LOT of excitement for the flick... It sounds dumb.
But I'll be there when it's in the theaters - hoping that the spoiler was just B.S.

If you believe this i dont know wat to say to you =/ How can scott die but have so much of a role to play in the future.. same with professor x. If this does actually happen.. i might have to do the same as what they did with the batman movies and Batman Begins and Start the X-men movie series all over by myself. The only person i feel should die in this movie to go along with this whole movie theme is Jean, that way they can go on in like maybe cartoon series into the Cable and Apocalypse destined 12 story, cause this will probably be the last movie to a, mediocre at best, trilogy.

if this is true this could work out better than that other scenario that was floating around... if ProfX dies of a virus it could offer him the chance to go with some dignity. If Scott is mopey dopey with Jean being gone him dying is more him being put out of his misery.
