Gwen Stefani is so hot (and I mean that career wise) right now it's insane. The woman has a non-stop music career, she's financed a couple of successful fashion lines and her image is appearing on just about every magazine there is out there.

Now, all of you know my feelings on Music celebrities who think their fame entitles them to jump into movies. I HATE IT. It doesn't work out 95% of the time and it ruins films that otherwise may have been ok if they had real ACTORS doing the ACTING. Anyway, before I bust out into one of my rants... let's just say I was disappointed when I first heard the rumblings that Gwen Stefani grabbed a role in Factory Girl. However, to my relief Gwen herself has come out to shoot down those rumours. Our good friends at Ananova had this to say:

The singer was reported to have agreed to star as Richie Berlin the roommate of Andy Warhol's muse Edgie Sedgewick. Gwen said: "That's a big rumour. I'm not doing it."
