MI3.jpgThe concerns over Tom Cruise and Mission: Impossible 3 look like pure rumour as the start date for filming is announced through Coming Soon.

Hardly surprising really, are they going to halt that lucrative franchise because of one of the top Hollywood actors personal comments? No, not unless they really alienated a huge swathe of the public. So M:I3 is a go.

Mission: Impossible 3, starring Tom Cruise, will commence principal photography on July 18th in Italy, it was announced today by Paramount Pictures Chairman and CEO Brad Grey...

..."Tom's history with Paramount has made for one of Hollywood's most successful relationships; the opportunity to continue our collaboration with him on 'Mission: Impossible 3' is everything anyone in show business could hope for. This has been a great franchise for Paramount Pictures and fantastic entertainment for moviegoers around the world. We're thrilled to be embarking on this exciting third 'Mission' with the amazing talents of Tom Cruise, J. J. Abrams, and the whole 'M:I 3' team," said Grey.

So no worries there then.

Principle photography will be done by Winter so I wonder if Paramout is gearing this for next summer? It depends on how fast they push post-produtcion I guess.

the only hope I have for this film....is JJ Abrahms. The last Mission Film was as bad as they come.
