Transporter 2 trailer

I may be one of the few that had fun watching The Transporter. It had some goofy and unbelieveable moments, but the action was superb and there were some great visuals. It was an entertaining story, plus a role Jason Statham excelled in (wouldn't he just be perfect if they made a movie of the Hitman video game?).

So I'm actually looking forward to seeing the follow up The Transporter 2. With Luc Besson and Robert Mark Kamen behind the screenplay and Louis Leterrier and Corey Yuen Directing, there's some excellent talent behind it. Just check out some of the films on their resumes in these roles, Unleashed, Leon, Nikita, Gladiator and more.

Thanks to the tip from Chris, here's the trailer for it from a French website Allocine.com. For those of you without the knowledge of the French language (not that you need it) select the link to the right of the picture, choose your media player and connection then press Modifier.

I like it. Over the top, huge action, immense stunts and the visuals look way better than the first, and this time, there's even more plot. Thoughts?

Holy crap.. I'm a big fan of the first Transporter movie. This one looks darker and looks to have much more action. I love the chracter Jason Statham in every role he plays, especially this one.

This movie looks awesome, especially with Luc Besson writing it!

Glad to see I'm not the only one that thinks of the Transporter while playing Hitman 2. The resemblance is eerie.

I enjoyed the first one, so attending the second is a no-brainer.

I liked the first one also. I would love to see the new one.

One F-word uttered by a bit-part and two bits of reasonably graphic violence. Is there a chance this might be rated R? If so, count me in.

Somebody told me not to bother watching this movie, it looks now that I have to see it after reading your appreciation for it. :-)

All he needs are two silver ballers and some fiberwire and you have yourself a Hitman movie.
