Over at MovieWeb they have a collection of fourteen stills from the movie Dark Water.

It's certainly looking good and with the old trailer and these photos it certainly hints at a lot from the original, and believe me that is really a good thing. Plus Jennifer Connelly mixed with water isn't all bad.

The original is a corker of a movie, and really does have some shocks and surprises, not to mention that traditional Japanese horror sense of brooding and menace. They did it with Ring, let's hope that if they have to remake a movie they can do it as much, if not more, justice as they did that remake.
