Denzel Washington in talks for Deja Vu

DenzelWashington.jpgLooks like the dream-action pairing for Denzel Washington is back on in the form of Deja Vu, Coming Soon has the news of the talks:

Denzel Washington is in final talks to reunite with director Tony Scott and producer Jerry Bruckheimer for Touchstone's romantic thriller Deja Vu, reports Variety.

Washington will play an FBI agent with the ability to travel back in time. He falls in love with a woman as her murder approaches.

After some really strong performances and action flicks with them it's good to see more, yet I can't help feeling Washington is plumping for an easy option and we're loosing his excellent acting ability to big explosions and screaming. However, I'm not complaining that much, these films are still great entertainment.
