Tom Sizemore In Jail

Sadly, this isn't the first time I've posted about the troubles Tom Sizemore is having. Now, the guy is in jail... and maybe he should stay there for a while... for his own damn good.

The good folks over at IMDB give us this:

Troubled action man Tom Sizemore is behind bars in Los Angeles after a judge declared his drug use was "out of control" at a probation hearing for the Black Hawk Down star. Judge Antonio Baretto ordered police guards to arrest the actor in court yesterday and take him into custody after hearing he had violated his probation terms by failing a drug test. In his defense, Sizemore told the court he was destitute and living in a garage in Whittier, California. He also claimed to be an expectant father, but Baretto was far from sympathetic, stating, "I had hoped and wanted to see a positive performance."

Last month Sizemore had requested permission from the courts to go to Cambodia to shoot a new film. Baretto had agreed, on the condition that he undergo and pass a drug test every day prior to his departure. According to the City Attorney, Sizemore failed the test on the very first day.

Meanwhile, Deputy City Attorney Robert Cha has told news show Celebrity Justice that officials recovered what appears to be a prosthetic penis attached to a pair of Sizemore's underwear with a plastic container filled with clean urine. Cha states that this device is commonly used to try and falsify the results of urine-based drug tests. Sizemore has reportedly been caught once before trying to use a similar device. Bail for the actor, who was convicted in 2003 for domestic violence involving his then fiancee Heidi Fleiss, has been set at $25,000.

This guy is a mess. I don't care if this guy's the best actor in the world, if I was a director I'd never hire him. Who knows when he'll just get too high to work, or get into some trouble and disrupt my shoot.

Seriously, I hope he stays in jail for a while, just to make sure he's able to get his crap together and get his life in order. This is really sad.

"Sizemore failed the test on the very first day."

*ROFL* What a total tool! I know I shouldn't laugh, but it's just so pathetic, I can't help myself. )That, and I'm on bionic drugs right now, so I find dryer lint funny.)

I don't know Tom Sizemore's politics however his choice in "That woman, Miss Fleiss," was admittedly a joke! He obviously has some growing-up to do, and a man his age should seal the "Sowing The Wild Oats" part of his life, even if it includes drugs and spending all his earnings.

Hey Tom, I like you. I loved "Heart And Souls and Saving Private Ryan." Get it together man and make us proud.

This guy is a REAL man, not a whiner like you morons. Hollywood needs glitz, glamour and gossip...

As an x-tweeker myself, the man needs to hit bottom and that may be in jail. He is a good actor but may die in the disease.

You got shit coming at you from everyway man. There are way too many of us out there who dream of being able to get out of their god forsaken lives that we have. Then when we 'see' someone who we respect they end up more fucked up than we are ourselves. When I got to 40, I realised that I've kinda missed some chances, one thing that I'm proud of is that I keep constantly checking that I'm 'on the line'. Don't mess up Tom, you have our backing and YES there are reasons to be proud of who you are, no matter what !

A big fan from France
