A Lot Like Love Trailer
Could someone please check the weather report for hell... because I think a cold spell is heading it's way. Mark this day down on your calendar folks, because it appears theres an upcoming Ashton Kutcher film that I'm actually looking forward to! I'll give you a minute to pick yourself up off the floor.
The film is called "A Lot Like Love" looks like a standard romantic comedy with a couple of deeper issues and themes to it.
Not to mention, it also stars probably the hottest woman in Hollywood, Amanda Peet. I've been in love with Peet ever since I saw her in The Whole 9 Yards. For some reason, Peet has been unable to really climb the ladder in her career appearing in several huge flops (except for her supporting role in Something's Gotta Give).
I still maintain that Kutcher is massively overrated and has yet to give a decent performance in any film project he's appeared in. Maybe this will be the movie to change my mind? I'm not holding my breath, but this flick looks like it has potential. I'm looking forward to it.

Well John I do agree that he is an overrated actor. But to say he has yet to do something good or impresive I have to disagree. I am not a fan of this guy, but I will admit that after seeing the Butterfly Affect I was surprised. I truly liked that movie and I thought that Ashton Kutcher did a good job as the role of a "mind/time skipper". Now for this new flick, I curious to see how he can do in a semi serious romantic comedy. Personaly I think if he watches a few John C. films, -like High Fidelity- he could hit it pretty close.

Simone: I completely agree with you regarding Peet. I cannot seem to enjoy her as an actress, she completely annoys me.
Aston Kutcher, I don't dislike him, he's all right. Aside from the Butterfly Effect he's been completely type cast. I find him goofy, but would like to see him do something more challenging.

Meli: It all started with "She's The One" where she played Jennifer Aniston's younger sister, then came "The Whole Nine Yards", I tried to like her whilst watching it, but it wasnt working. I saw her again in "Identity" and that did it in. I had no sympathy at all to her character in that movie.
I havent seen enough films with Ashton Kutcher in it either.

Ironically this movie is almost exactly what my life is like right now! I cannot wait to see it. My "Oliver" and I do stupid, funny shit like they do in the previews! OH and Ashton is Mr. Hotty Pants! Yummy!
