I can't begin to tell you how much this trailer rocks. It's sooo good. It has guns, small guns and really big guns, and explosions, and humour, and Brad Pitt twinned with Angeline Jolie. Oh, come to papa and scream like a Canadian film fan whose just lost his stalking rights!
The trailer looks mightly impressive, and the guys from Empire are as equally impressed:
It's been oft-delayed and much-maligned, with its release date pushed back several times amidst reports of mucho reshoots, a made-up-as-they-go-along script and the influence of star egos, but finally the trailer for the Brad Pitt-Angelina Jolie vehicle, Mr. And Mrs Smith, is here - and it looks spectacular...like a strange, crazy hybrid of Prizzi's Honor (Jolie and Pitt are the world's deadliest assassins...and they're married to each - but don't know it!) and True Lies, it is one of the most mouthwatering trailers Empire has seen for a while
I'd totally agree, it looks stunning and I have to say there is a huge nod to True Lies with the same feel of the "hiding your identity at home" plot and the tango sequence shown with the same music playing. Nod indeed, and not rip off I would say.
According to IMDB, and John, you may want to make sure you're lying down for this:
Brad Pitt will give viewers of his new film a rare treat - the sight of his naked posterior...And in order to cater for both men and women, director Doug Liman will include a racy shot of the Girl, Interrupted beauty's breasts in the smoldering scene.
Now, there's the price of admission. No, seriously, this does look like a hot movie despite all the reported problems, not only the much rumoured relationship between the stars but also:

According to gossip columnist Roger Friedman, Jolie's onscreen husband Brad Pitt has had to act as mediator between the pair as they have "disagreed on just about everything he has asked her to do", according to onset sources. Jolie has reportedly come close to "meltdown" and the film's budget has spiraled out of control to over $100 million with a month of shooting left, as Liman struggles to keep a grip on production on the film, which is due for release later this year. An insider tells Friedman, "You can tell there's tension on set. Between the written word and what was shot would be three different things."
Well tension on the set could be such a good thing in this movie, especially when you see where the plot is heading in the trailer.
This movie looks like guns, style and lead chemistry galore, and with such moviestars in place for the lead I can't see how it could fail...well I could, but judging by the trailer it's not going to.

i have no clue as to whether this movie is out or not, but it sounds hilarious!! angelina jolie is gorgeous!! but i sorta wish brad pitt wasnt the husband. hes not as cute as everyone says he is

yeah, i also kinda thought that. i dont like pitt as the husband he's cute but to pair with jolie i dont think so... i suggest ethan hawke again like in taking lives.(but duh! right -it will be like again)kiber! i like ethan hawke. it just than most Filipinos like brad pitt so this will be a hit here in the Philippines.

I can't wait for this movie to come out!The trailer looks fantastic,embodies both sexiness and toughness, and I think it'll be a great movie to watch.
PS: I think Jolie & Pitt are perfect for this duo of assassins.They're both taleneted actors and gorgeous to look at. And those sex scenes are absolutely sizzling and hot!

I can't wait to see the movie, Angelina and Brad look so HOT together, the movie looks sooo good, I wish it would come out sooner like tomorrow :)

I can't wait to see it! Brad and Angel look so good!!!!! They are both so good looking! Angelina is really sexy, and Brad is just gorgeous, and it will make the movie that bit better knowing that in real life they are a couple!

I'm going to come off looking like a real square. Here goes , Brad Pitt stinks, he can have anyone yet he goes after a single mother and uses the kid to get close to Angelina Jolie. Wasn't there a scene in "Show Me The Money that referred to this kind of behavior. Sorry , he may be a fine actor but ....... Now for the one we really love Angelina, she's gorgeous, sensuous and almost cat like. But we know about cats and how loyal they are to their partners. Meow. She is better off having her one night stands and leaving the married ones alone, even though they come sniffing after her. This probably won't go very far and yes i am casting the first stone, but hey , i have my own glass house with a backyard filled with rocks.

I am working on a movie script but after finding out that this film resembles it, I just might have to scrap it now and come up with another. Boy oh boy.
It will be interesting to watch this film though.
