The Hollywood Reporter announces that Johnny Knoxville and Seann William Scott have been cast as Luke and Bo Duke, respectively, in Warner Bros.' "Dukes of Hazzard" movie. The film will be an adaptation of the 1980s TV series. Jessica Simpson and Elisha Cuthbert are current frontrunners for the role of Daisy Duke.

This is kind of a funny one. I'm not a fan of Knoxville, and I think Scott is ok... but for some reason when I first heard that these were to two guys cast for The Dukes Of Hazzard I thought to myself "PERFECT". I actually think this is some great casting for the roles. I remember as a kid watching the Dukes every single week. Man, here's how you know I was REALLY young at the time... I was more interested in the General Lee flying around than in Daisy's outfit. Today that would be different my friends... VERY different. MMMMMMmmm.... Daaaissyyyyyy.
