Ok, while I would be VERY enthusiastic see another Toy Story project, I have my doubts about this bit of news. The main problem is that it would have to be done by someone other than Pixar. No Pixar=Stupidity. I can't believe that Disney has become so deluded as to think they could make this idea fly without them. Pixar IS Toy Story... not Disney, no matter who holds the rights.
