Born To Fight Trailer Online!

btf2.jpgOh my. I can't believe what I just saw. The Born To Fight trailer is online. That's the new film from the director and fight choreographer of Ong Bak. Watch it. Right now. It's here. Watch for the truck scene. Repeat to yourself, "No wires or CGI." These people should all be dead. Absolute insanity. I realllllly need to see this film ... when you're done with the trailer you can check out the website here and a behind the scenes making of clip here.

I have but one word - ridiculous. Are you kidding me?!? I found myself laughing out loud at how insane this all looks. And I am stoked to purchase my own copy one day.

Did someone send this link to AICN yet?

Posted by: Day-vuh at July 23, 2004 08:43 PM

It doesn't look like anyone over there has a clue. In fact it looks like their still living in yesterday promoting a Japanese trailer for Ong Bak. That's soooooo last summer. P'shaw!!!

Posted by: KungFuGuy at July 23, 2004 10:09 PM

Wow yes this movie will be good.im thai and from what i can tell the acting is ok to yuck.but the fight scene alone will more than make up for the its madonna acting.(madonno bad at acting). That twin truck scene was a total disregard of human life.it was so cool.

I was in Thailand last week and saw it. It fucking rocks! Best goddamn action movie I've seen for a long time. They don't even show half of the good stuff in the trailer.

Posted by: Tashimojo at August 17, 2004 03:38 AM

Looks good to me!

I was in Thailand for most of August this year. I saw that film. It kicks ass. Lots of action. I told my friend about it and he said it reminds him of some Arnold Schwarzenegger movie. :/
I think it still rocks though. Some of the lines did seem a bit corny/cliché and stuff, but it's still a good movie as a whole.

Hardly anybody gets to see the best movies made every year. Movies with heart, soul, real emotion. At the Spiritual Cinema Circle, we go to dozens of film festivals every year to find great movies that will never make it to your local theater or video store. If you liked Whalerider, Field of Dreams, and The Matrix then you're going to love the undiscovered treasures the Spiritual Cinema Circle finds for you. Bryian. HOLY CACK!

That HAS to be CGI. I'll defend Ong Bak to the teeth in that it's all real, but that truck thing is just INSANE.

As a whole, it looks a bit shakey. Gymnastics, martial arts, and fruit? Hmmm... Worth a look, but I think Ong Bak will still remain more impressive.

Hey,
I saw an alternate link and downloaded the trailer from there.
It is here. But it is not in english and you may have to login and go to the relevant page to download it. Can anyone tell me what language this site contains.
Try,
http://www.filmweb.pl/Born,to,Fight,%282004%29,zwiastuny,Trailers,id=140226.
This site also contains cool wallpapers and trailers and behind the screen for ong bak movie.

Thanks,

This movie is already out on VCD only. only Thai language and no English subtitles. however the story line is simple enough, understood simply by watching .... the main thing is - action ! no-stop flying action full of real stunts...

we can help to get it -;)

I just saw the movie!!!! its the movie of the summer '05!! if you havent seen this movie run do not walk to see it!!! its that good. And yes , just like Ong Bak, the actors did all the stunts!!!

Posted by: Samuraikuroi at July 19, 2005 12:57 AM

I just saw it tonight at Otakon; It was amazing.

Posted by: Alan at August 21, 2005 01:07 AM

Checked it out at Otakon with some friends too. FREAKIN' SWEET. Leave any sense of logic or reason at the door because you'll just want to watch it for the fighting anyway. These are stuntmen and stuntwomen doing all the acting and action scenes, not actors replaced by stuntmen and stuntwomen. Watching it with a crowd adds a lot to the enjoyment; if it weren't for the pre-pubescent retards jumping up and down on their seats in front of me, it would've been even more enjoyable.
