Good morning! The full trailer for Lincoln has arrived and I have to say that the teaser for the other day didn’t do this justice. No, no, no as this trailer not only shows the face of Daniel Day-Lewis as the esteemed President but also has him talking! and speeching! and interacting with others in a way thats engaging and exciting.

It’s not what I expected. I’m not sure what I expected but that wasn’t it. I like what I’m seeing but I can’t shake the feeling that I’ve already seen this movie. I can’t shake the feeling that Steven Spielberg already created this movie.I also can’t shake the feeling that Djimon Honsou will pop up and scream out “GIVE US FREE”. Really familiar visuals in this one but I’m betting that there will be something to make this film seem a bit more unique when it finally arrives in theaters.

I also can’t shake the feeling that somehow I want to see Denzel Washington in this movie. Strange.
