Jack Black has a new comedy coming out in which he plays ‘Bernie’, the nicest guy on earth. So nice that he falls for and proceeds to whine and dine an elderly woman that everyone else in their small town loves to hate. Seriously, this lady is a witch and nobody understands how the two live together. After time goes on he begins to see what everyone else does and suddenly she passes. Natural causes or did Bernie finally have enough. This is that story:
Idunno about this. I’ve not written about the film much, if at all, mostly due to my lack of interest in Jack Black. Haven’t liked the guy since King Kong and even that was mostly due to the fact that it was a Peter Jackson flick. We’ll see if this can change my mind or if it’ll fall into ‘Gullivers Travels’ type of movie that I don’t even acknowledge.
