Matthew Fox looks CRAZY in “I, Alex Cross”

— Posted by The Amazing Anthony

It’s been such a long time since we’ve heard anything about “I, Alex Cross” that I almost forgot about the movie. With Tyler Perry continuing to release his own brand of films and me dodging e-mails and tips about Madea movies I almost missed these new images released for the film “I, Alex Cross”. When did this enter production? Crazy…

This looks pretty interesting and seeing Tyler Perry handling a gun is more than a little jarring. I haven’t looked forward to a Tyler Perry movie for what feels like 10 years now but somehow this movie has my interest. Oh yeah, now I remember why… Matthew Fox, Giancarlo Esposito, and Jean Reno! Silly, silly me.

Isn’t that Ed Burns in most of these photos? Is Ed Burns credited in this film? Matthew Fox is only in the one. He does look pretty crazy in that one though!

@DasmOner That is Ed Burns! more reason to be excited… I’m gonna try to force myself to imagine Idris Elba in Tyler Perry’s role unless he somehow surprises me with an appreciable performance.

@anone25 LOL I thought so! Idris Elba would definitely be a good choice but wasn’t the orignal Alex Cross played by Morgan Freeman?

@DasmOner Yep, Freeman played Alex Cross in Kiss the Girls, and Along Came a Spider. Might be a bit too old to reprise so they decided to recast and sorta reboot.
