Trailer: Wes Anderson’s ‘Moonrise Kingdom’

Finally! Wes Anderson has come back to provide us with a new film! Wes Anderson should not need an introduction to many and thanks to a tip from a loyal TMB reader we were pointed in the direction for the first trailer of his latest film ‘Moonrise Kingdom’.

No Owen Wilson? Really? I think this may be the first time he’s made a film without the guy. At least we still have Bill Murray who is now tying the record for appearing in the most Wes Anderson films with Wilson and it’s intresting to see Edward Norton and Bruce Willis join in on this outing.

Honestly, I could say a lot about this trailer. Truly. But honestly, I’m a lot more interested in what you guys think about the clip. Let me know your thoughts in the comments and let’s discuss.

I haven’t been so excited from a trailer in years! I love the film style, I love the music, I love the cast, I CAN NOT WAIT!

I’m hopeful but not extremely so. Wes Anderson’s movies are very hit or miss for me and his trailers are always amazing. They are also horrible at making his films look FUNNY and when I see the films all the funny bits are IN the trailers and the rests a visual masterpiece but a snooze fest. It’s on my radar but probably going to be a Redbox viewing for me.
