Watch the ‘Immortals’ Teaser

First let me warn you that the video is pretty grainy but it does give us a look at Henry Cavill doing his best Spartan impression. Either way, ET once again managed to snag a highly sought after exclusive with this one giving us a look at out future Superman’s other movie ‘Immortals’ which also stars Stephen Dorff, Freida Pinto, Mickey Rourke, Kellan Lutz, Luke Evans, John Hurtand Isabel Lucas is Athena.

You know I seriously wonder how in the year 2011 people can’t come up with a better way for capturing video than whipping out their cell phones. It’s incredibly hard to make a good judgement from this grainy video but what I can see shows me that the movie looks like 300. A lot. Everything from the slow motion shots, the men flexing their abdominals, and the color palette looks like they were lifted from Zack Snyders cutting room floor. This by no means is to imply that the movie is of poor quality, it just seems to be deliberately inspired by the incredibly successful movie from 2006.

    I’ll see this for sure.

I’m not impressed. There are moments where it looks cool, and then there are moments where it looks like the quality of a made-for-tv Scifi channel movie.
