Hawkeye Spotted In Thor Clip

A recent film clip of the upcoming Thor has generated a bit of buzz. Not because of a scuffle between two characters, but rather who witnesses the fight from up on high- Clint Barton aka Hawkeye.MTV gives us:

the video isn’t just about Chris Hemsworth strutting his stuff, fantastic though his action sequence may be. If you watch closely, you’ll also get to see a quick cameo of the arrow-shooting Hawkeye

The clip itself is provided by IGN, and while it’s nice in terms of a bit of action, I have to admit that the Hawkeye cameo within here is a blink and miss it sort of deal, and it is dark and rainy. You can barely see him. That’s not really a bad thing; I’m sure there will be more to see when the film comes out- and even if we don’t see much, that’s okay too. The Avengers starts shooting in May- and it might give Joss Whedon and company some wiggle room to interpet Hawkeye’s “uniform”. In the meantime, here is the clip. Enjoy.

I’m getting so many good vibes about this movie.

I hope DC / Warner Bros get to make a “Green Arrow” movie soon. Marvel is one-upping them with their own “archer-hero” Hawkeye.

Maybe it’s me but ‘Hawkeye’ seems really fake and out of place. Where is he dangling from and whats with that weird sound. I know there is more to the scene but I doubt Hawkeye will make an appearance.
