Open Casting for Tupac movie

Have you always thought you and rapper Tupac Shakur were separated at birth? Do you have an affinity for all things West Coast? Do you make “W” signs with your fingers when excited? If you answered yes to any of these then you may have what it takes to portray the famed rapper in Antoine Fuqua’s biopic on the character!

Morgan Creek Productions have launched the In Search of Tupac website in an effort to find a leading actor for their upcoming Tupac Shakur biopic.
The site allows anyone to submit a five-minute video of themselves performing a provided courtroom monologue and their favorite 2Pac song. All audition videos have to be submitted before April 30th.

This goes right in line with previous statements of looking for an “unknown” actor in the title role, and I’ve already wrapped a bandana around my head in preparation for tryouts excitement. You can submit your video at the official “in search of Tupac” site here. I’m a super huge fan of the late great Tupac and will be sure to share more information as soon as it’s available.
