A new, longer and more violent trailer for Jason Stratham’s The Mechanic turned up online, so kids, dont go putting a fake age in the video just to see it, thats illegal!!
Film Synopsis
Arthur Bishop (Jason Statham) is a ‘mechanic’ - an elite assassin with a strict code and unique talent for cleanly eliminating targets. It’s a job that requires professional perfection and total detachment, and Bishop is the best in the business. But when his mentor and close friend Harry (Donald Sutherland) is murdered, Bishop is anything but detached. His next assignment is self-imposed - he wants those responsible dead. His mission grows complicated when Harry’s son Steve (Ben Foster) approaches him with the same vengeful goal and a determination to learn Bishop’s trade. Bishop has always acted alone but he can’t turn his back on Harry’s son. A methodical hit man takes an impulsive student deep into his world and a deadly partnership is born. But while in pursuit of their ultimate mark, deceptions threaten to surface and those hired to fix problems become problems themselves.

It looks fun to me! Personally, I love Jason Stratham. He’s just a believable bad-ass (Well, when he’s not trying to do an american accent that is) and this looks to me like its not JUST your average testosterone overload, theres a nice helping of humour too. Plus, Donald Sutherland and Ben Foster? Can’t wait.

big J.S. fan im on fucking board!
I first looked at the poster and saw something that looked like an orange gun and never paid anymore attention to it. It wasn’t until the trailer that I noticed it was a bunch of little guns laid out to look like a handgun. Anyone else not catch that on first glance?
psh i didnt even see it until you said something. thats awesome though haha
That looks really good, Im in.
NICE! Looks really good or at least entertaining as Hell.
Glad to see that it won’t be over the top like those awful Transporter movies. I’m in too
Looks way better than the first trailer I saw for this movie. Gotta say I loved the Charles Bronson original too.
I’ve never seen the original, but I love me some Bronson. Worth a look?
