Megan Fox’s Passion Play Gets Picked Up

Apparently Megan Fox will get to spread her wings. A distributor has snatched up Passion Play. Set in the 1950s, Passion Play follows a hard-luck trumpeter (Rourke) who meets an angel (Fox) while on the run from a mobster (Murray).

IGN reports:

Deadline reports that Image Entertainment has acquired the indie drama Passion Play, which also stars Mickey Rourke and Bill Murray. It debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The distributor is said to have paid a seven-figure sum for the film, which marks the feature directing debut of screenwriter Mitch Glazer. He’s long been associated with Murray, having scripted Scrooged, served as an associate producer on Lost in Translation and received a special thanks credit on The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.

I believe in the day, that Megan Fox will delight us with a great acting performance. That day may or may not come. All we have for now is her undeniably gorgeous, hot and sexy physical beauty. I’m looking forward to seeing this indie film. I like the premise, and I like the actors. Murray and Rourke area awesome in films like these. So, maybe acting beside them will give Fox that much needed experience in drama acting. We’ll see…
