The Last Rites of Ransom Pride Trailer Online

I love a good Western, and a Western with a strong sexy female lead? Implausible but still a lot a of fun. Lizzy Caplan leads The Last Rites of Ransom Pride as a hard as nails cowgirl who is all for the killins honouring her lover’s final wishes.

The story begins when Juliette Flowers swears to bring the body of Ransom Pride home to Texas after he’s gunned down in the streets of Mexico. With the help of Siamese twins, a shotgun-toting dwarf, and Ransom’s crackshot younger brother, Juliette spills blood on the border to honor her oath to Ransom Pride.

Looks interesting, and does have that Tarantino feel to it. The fonts used in the trailer are off putting for me. Better in the graphic novel and posters. Not sure why they choose that for the trailer. They look cheap like a highschool student film effects. But that’s just a pet peeve of mine.

I love me some Lizzy any day of the week, but, that there just looked cheezy and her accent doesn’t fit her well. Ill pass on this I think. Why it got to be the mexicans fault all the time

Cool more Lizzy. I just saw Cloverfield last night and didn’t even realize she was in it until I saw the credits (mind you it was on tv and I missed about the first hour). And its cool to see Ziva David (that’s her character’s name on NCIS but I can’t recall her actual name right now) doing something else too. With that show about to start season 7 it might be time for them to start getting their names our in other ways.

That looked really bad. The cuts were off-putting and the look of the whole thing was cheesy and not in a good way.
