Never watched Sex and the City but the show was popular with a demographic that happens to be the opposite of me.
After the hit series was canceled, a feature film came out, and while that wasn’t enough they made a sequel.
Check out the trailer if you are at all interested in 4 aging nymphomaniacs who take a glamourous product placement filled version of a Road Trip.
While this has about as much appeal to me as a root canal, I cannot deny how insanely popular the TV show was, and the first movie did well enough that we have to drag it out.
I won’t be seeing it, but I am fascinated that it has gone on this long.

In the words of Steve Langford from the Howard Stern Show, “Who gives a shit? Who gives a fuck?” about this movie! Kristen Davis is very hot too.

The only thing funny was the massive pile of pills and the “Have we met?” line.
Other than that one quip, there is nothing “funny” about this trailer.
Not saying you can’t like the movie or look forward to it, but funny is not the word I would use to describe it, and hardly pleading your case that on that basis I should give it a chance.
Rated X for indecent exposure to four women who just refuse to accept the fact that they’re over the hill.
I think I would choose the root canal over watching this film. My wife was never a fan of this show and I am grateful for that fact, sure hope the other hubby’s here fared as well as I did in that department.
I saw a recent picture of the lead actress of this show. She had the ugly whipcord arms of Madonna and looked like Skeletor. And yeah, they’re too old for this crap.

Anyone see the Catcher in the Rye episode of South Park? They randomly made fun of how unattractive Sara Jessica Parker was. I thought I was the only one. You would think that she would look better for how shallow her character seems to be(I’m assuming she is shallow, haven’t actually seen much of the show). Also teenage girls are probably the opposite demographic from you but that doesn’t stop you from liking Twilight.
Twilight, while marketed mostly to a certain demographic has a lot of crossover and appeal outside of its target market as well.
Sex and the City has very little appeal outside its target market.
