Olivia Munn, the very sexy co-host of G4’s Attack of the Show had a cameo in the upcoming Iron Man 2, but her scene didn’t make it past the editing stage (maybe an extra on the DVD?) and was cut.
But they liked her so much, Favs called her back for another role so she is back in!

Wait, didn’t they start filming like last year or something?
Olivia Munn: Yeah, but as they started to edit they realized it was becoming darker than what they’d expected and what my scenes had allowed for. My parts were lighthearted and comedic.Jon Favreau called and was like, “I’ve got good news and bad news: This is what’s happening in editing but we all really like you.” Marvel and Jon had to add another character from the Marvel universe to keep me included.
I am sure whatever Marvel Universe character she is playing will not be a major player. Olivia Munn is all full of sexy (but someone give that girl a sammich!!) and I find her geeky and witty personality to be a great match for her looks, but I don’t know about her as an actress. I have never seen her act outside of spoof clips she does for AOTS She’s a great TV personality and quick on her feet, but will we want to see a feature film with Olivia as the Scarlet Witch?
My guess is that she will have a minor role as a SHIELD administrative role or something fourth tier fanboy recognizable, but not a big gun.

She at first was the voice of War Machine.
Like Jarvis to ironman. She was the robot voice that talked to War Machine from the suit. But she was apparently too goofy or something so they said forget it.
So did they replace her voice with another actor’s voice or did they cut the scene completely? hat’s weird.
I was hoping to hear her voice coming from War Machine’s suit.
Actually i hope we hear Iron Man speak in his robotic voice.
You kinda hear his robotic voice with one line in the first movie. When Stark saves the villagers and pulls the guy hiding through the wall and leaves him to the villagers, he says, “he’s all yours”. At least when I heard it, it sounded robotic to me.

Now i wanna hear more of it in ironman 2 though
she could be agent Contessa Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine. She is also a dead ringer for Maria Hill who is like the number 2 female agent in shield. If the movie is turning darker and they wanted Munn to be serious because her previous role was too quirky and energenic you can make her the stoic serious Maria Hill
IMDB, which we all know is 100% accurate, states she will be Melina Vostokoff / Iron Maiden which according to the Marvel Wikia:
The Iron Maiden was originally an agent of the Russian government. She was forced to live in the shadow of the legendary Black Widow. This caused her to develop a hatred for the Widow. Eventually, she left the service of Russia and became a freelance assassin and mercenary.
“(but someone give that girl a sammich!!).” Forget the sammich, give the girl some pie, and she’ll be good to go.

She was in “The Slammin’ Salmon” as Mohinder Suresh’s fiancee to be, and did pretty well. I think she could handle herself in a much bigger role.
