Three New Moon Posters Online
The three character “factions” of New Moon are each getting their own poster to advertise the second in the four book to movie series.
I am impressed that Taylor Lautner has made such a transformation from that scrawny long haired boy to this impressive pack hunter. When reading the books its very clear that his character makes a physical transformation when he realizes his heritage, and while I didn’t think they would be able to do it, he seems to have saved himself from recasting by drinking milk and working out.
Also, the classy garb and posturing of the Volturi is ripped perfectly from my mind’s eye. But I am still pretty creeped out that Dakota isn’t 8 anymore and is looking every bit the alluring beauty her character is in the books.
I am actually looking forward to this a bit more than I would have thought I would.

you know, i use to dissed the first movie when it came out, but im just excited to see this movie for some reason.
oh and i just wanna say something else, the trailers are epic, they are making them for a general audience other than the targeted teen girls, so i appreciate the makers for that. A friend of mine ( a girl), found the 3rd trailer look more like a horror film than a romance film
At least they replaced the director.
The only thing that bugs me is…Rosalie is supposed to be the most beautiful woman in the whole world, why the fuck would they cast such an ugly as actress to play her? She looks more annoying then pretty

For a character that’s supposed to be mean, selfish, spiteful, and yet attractive, she pulls it off pretty well.
they could of cast Megan Fox for Rosalie too. She is pretty, most dudes drool over her, & and she can more than likely be a bitch.
Repeatedly it was said that Rosalie is beyond beautiful and even before becoming a vampire she was distracting to men.

I like your idea, its a role that fits Fox PERFECTLY. Id go into this but i rant too much, id just leave it at that, i agree.
And, the skin and hair color dont matter, because Emmet is blonde and sorta tan in real life.
But not good now, i dont think they should change the actresses now, Megan would have been good from the start of the movies (Twilight) i don want them changing actors now. (Although i love the Bryce Howard move)

I’ve read the book, and i don’t recall. That is to say, I remember that Rosalie’s beauty was mentioned, but I don’t recall it being stated that she was “the most beautiful woman in the world.” I could be wrong.
Well if youve only read Twilight then probably not. But Bella tells her she is and Rosalie agreed.
Rosalie hates Edward not because she used to love him (a mistake most people make) but because he didnt think she was the most beautiful, she doesnt like it when people chose someone over her (Jasper and Carslile already had mates when she came around) shes so self conceited that she hates Edwards only because hes not in love with her , and she doesnt even love him. She knows shes the most beautiful and its NORMAL for people to say so.
Like Rodney mentioned, even before she was a Vamp she was supposed to be immensely dazzling

I dont want to say that they mentioned this a thousand times..but it was close to it. Shes the most beautiful woman in the world.
I know shes supposed to be bossy and annoying and selfish….but that doesnt mean she has to look as attractive as my brothers home school teacher. My point is, every female on that poster looks 20 imes more attractive then her. She just doesnt have the beautiful vibe shes supposed to. And its emphesized so much in the books that im shocked they where so careless in casting this average woman, i mean- look at her! She looks like shes a cashier at a 7-11

I don’t think Nikki Reed as ugly has you say though beauty is different to everyone. Nikki was cast as Rosalie because of Catherine Hardwick. The director and actress go way back and are good friends.
I do agree that she’s not a very good Rosalie, but it doesn’t ruin anything for me especialy since we hardly see her.
What does bother me is Kristen Stewart refusal to act beyond one emotion - annoyed. LoL Okay, she smiles sometimes, but honestly doesn’t she ALWAYS look annoyed? Poor girl needs some happiness.
Oh no! Shes pretty! And a good actress, she NAILS the whole “annoying bitchy brat” role perfectly. But her face doesnt dazzle me, it just makes me not want to get her mad, i feel like shes my mom and shes really pissed because of work, kids and a shitty husband. I mean look at her face!
Oh yeah it doesnt take away from the movie since shes somewhat irrelevant. But a splinter in the back of my mind nonetheless.

I 100% agree w/you. She looks annoyed for the most part. She has her mouth open half the movie, she tries to be emotional and it just goes bad,..I don’t believe that she is the character she is portraying. Ive seen Kstew in other movies and its like the same character in all of em.

I have the new Twilight book called “Midnight Sun” the twilight book from Edwards POV, and everytime he describes her (even in the Twilight books) it reflects what Stewart does (imo) perfectly.
People think that Twilight has a forced, weird, awkward romance(emberrasing even) but i think thats what its supposed to be, and they explain why.
If you read Midnight Sun it becomes very very clear (the book is a biiiiig enlightenment)
I cant finish it because its not done (Meyer hasnt finished it yet) but its so good =]

all three posters look super cheesy, like they’re covers for some cheap romance book. The middle poster looks like the cover for a gay movie/porno. Something about the coloring, the positioning of all the characters standing around that doesnt look right to me.
None of this would matter anyways since this movie is already a hit.
The trailers pretty much gave away the entire movie, so I’ll just string them together and watch the movie that way.
