The Mechanic Poster Online

By Rodney - September 28, 2009 - 04:03 America/Montreal

A new poster for Jason Statham`s remake of the classic Charles Bronson film The Mechanic is circluating the net.

I use new as a loose term since its clearly made to emulate the era that the original film was released in. I love that.

This guy needs to do some other type of movies and expand his talent to other genres. Like- seriously.

    • Ty says:

Yeah…like “Bedtime Stories 2: This Time We’re Not Fucking Around”

    • James (hazmat) says:

      Hahaha!

I would so watch that. No lie. I’m actually thinking about it and yeah- id totally pay 10 bucks to see this.

Every movie this dudes in is about fucking cars

      EVERYONE.

The only one that isnt exactly about cars is The Bank Job, and he drives a lot in that movie so it counts

And in WAR he drove a sick sick car, so it counts too

I’m gonna take a stab in the dark and say that the mechanic now knows kung-fu and is a master at car chases, along with the fact that his protege is probably a hot chick whose ass he taps before he kills her in the end. God I miss Bronson.

  3. David Lopan says:

You’re probably right. A movie with the formula and style of the original Mechanic probably wouldn’t fly with today(s) audience. Bronson was awesome. My favorite role of his is always going to be Harmonica from Once Upon a Time in the West.

    BIGGGGGG FONT.

I don’t get the logic in having the director & screenplay writers name so freakin huge.

These aren’t big name people that the studio will bank on by adding their names to the poster.

I bet half of movie goers don’t even know what screenplay means.
