The bottom picture is Leon Kennedy and Ada Wong, both from Resident Evil 2 and 4 (the games). Pretty awesome cosplay though.
I thought they were instantly recognizable. I guess not everyone played RE4.

That Batgirl costume is amazing.
I’m guessing that the green girl is an Orion Slave Girl from Star Trek OS.
The anime character you don’t know that is with the hulk is technically not an anime character. It’s a character from the Xenosaga video game series on PS2. I say technically because they made an anime about the video game later on, but the game came first and was actually sold in the United States and Canada, whereas the Xenosaga anime was only in Japan.
And the character appeared in an Anime.
