Bolt Trailer
For those of you interested in seeing the fresh, new and exclusive Bolt trailer please feel free to check it out over at Empire.
My favorite part of the trailer is when Bolt is talking to the pigeons. Their jerky head movements were done well (so far as my untrained can see) and they reminded me of all the important pigeons in my own life.
Pigeons are friendly birds that enjoy our urban areas alongside us. Sometimes when I am down I go to the park and feed pigeons; they perch on my shoulder and drink my delicious man tears. Then we eat hot dogs and play checkers.
This is going to be great for the kiddies.
LoL! The trailer makes the movie look like fun. The pigeons totally reminded me of the Goodfeathers from Anamaniacs. I saw them and thought cameo? heh.
@Meli
You are so totally right. I knew they looked familiar but couldn’t quite put my finger on it!
…And, I am now officially seeing this movie. I was hesitant, but the trailer looks pretty fun!
I’m still bitter over Chris Sanders being thrown off his own creation and his fantastic and whimsical animation style being totally made over to look like the standard Disney CGI fare we’ve seen with their other CGI flops.
My teeth were grinding during most of the tired jokes in this trailer. I just don’t feel the magic on this one. Ugh.
There is no magic in any off them. Looks fast pased and new age, while sticking close to pixar models. Why dont Disney take a gamble on anything, they have the money. Why arnt they setting the standard for film animation like they once did( anything 80s upward excluded) I would like to see them to back to fantasy and see some imagination in there work. Human are boring, human tv shows now for kids there forced to take them self’s so seriously but at the same time laugh at cool’ed up stereo types of American teenagers. Nothing feels fun anymore. At least nothing they produce.
The pigeons look good, but I’ll pass on this one. I agree that kids will like it, though.
I’m willing to give this one a chance since it seems to be a product of the post-merger relationship between Pixar and Disney Animation. I’m sure this one got lots of story notes from Lasseter, the dialogue even has that kind of Pixar feel to it. And the overenthusiastic gerbil in a ball has win written all over it.
I saw a trailer, looks okay. I’m not crazy about it, but I’ll see it. Maybe I’ll like it? Who knows.
i loved this trailer it looks so funny, but wut sells it for me is the gerbil, i love that little guy so much… “are you hungry?” (cracks neck) “STARVING!” lol i loved it so much, wut is his name?
