Patrick Swayze’s Jump To Premier In Linz

Cancer is unable to hold back the awesome power of Swayze! His most recent project Jump is set to launch in Linz; we get the following news from the professionals at Variety:

Patrick Swayze’s upcoming Austrian-produced drama “Jump,” about the 1928 murder trial of celebrity photographer Philippe Halsman, will have its world premiere in the Austrian city of Linz on April 16. Produced by Lilly Berger and written and directed by Joshua Sinclair, “Jump” recounts the mysterious death of Halsman’s father while on a hiking trip in the Alps with his son, and the arrest of the Latvian-born Halsman, played by British thesp Ben Silverstone (“Get Real”) for the crime.

We are hoping Swayze is able to recover well, and soon. It is sad that it takes cancer to get Swayze on the front covers of magazines in grocery stores, when he has never stopped being full blown awesome. But if you can’t beat em - join em, and hopefully Swayze will be able to use this attention for personal gain after he destroys cancer in the current death-match in which he is embroiled.

We mentioned Jump a while back because not only does it star Swayze, but B-Movie super vixen Sybil Danning! You couldn’t hope for a better cast, and I certainly want to see this one as soon as possible. For those of you that are able to get to Austria - please do so and give us a review of the film!
