The Third Installment of ‘The Chronicles of Narnia’ Pushed Back

Although there is no news about the much anticipated second installment, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Prince Caspian, (which is due in theatres May 16, 2008) there is some news about the future third installment. According to our friends at ComingSoon, Narnia 3 has been pushed back a year.

exactly the same Serena :) I was so disappointed with the matrix sequels as the original is one of my favourite films of all time..

Clever people behind the Chronicles :)

I think its good to push back the release date so they can focus on making the movie better and not worry about over saturation on the films appeal. Also they don’t have to compete with James Camerons new movie which I hope destroyers everything at the BOX OFFICE.

  3. WolfMarauder

I get to meet Michael Apted, who is slated to direct this film, next Monday.

  4. Steven Carroll

As long as we get a great movie, I don’t care if it is pushed back.

  5. Donald

Most ‘back to back’ films don’t work. But of course Lord of the Rings did. It was based on a book just like Narnia. I don’t read Harry Potter but most people who do seem happy with the films (which I also didn’t see).

Matrix is different. I loved part 3 though I know I am in the minority there.

Films that take their time can suck too. Phantom Menace anyone???

  6. Phil Gee

G-Force? They can’t call it that with the Gatchaman movie coming out surely.

    how ’bout superman anyone?
