New Halloween Poster

A new poster for the upcoming Rob Zombie version of Halloween got released. It’s not a bad poster to be honest… but I still have ZERO expectations for this flick. We’ll have to wait and see… maybe it’ll surprise me.

“but I still have ZERO expectations for this flick” … Pretty much sums up the way I feel about this

I think this poster looks dumb. I preferred just the simple black with green writing. Much more effective in my eyes.

    Yea, it’s too busy.

I actually kind of like the poster. Nothing amazing, but it isn’t too bad. I’ll probably see the movie, but I’m not hyped for it or anything.

Does anyone catch the Psycho homage in the way the image is composed? That’s the bates house on the hill…

And who are all the people on the mask? The guy in the middle, just above the nose, looks like a sassy Willy Nelson.

And I thought 30 Days poster was horrid, one of the worst posters I ever seen.
I guess Zombie’s Halloween just stole *that* crown. In addition, “13 Ghosts” remake anyone?

One more reasn to skip this film was just given to me.

    It’s an unnecessary remake.
It’s directed by Rob friggin’ Zombie.

Do I really have to say how much this is gonna suck?

as i read these comments i cant help but feel that the people writing these comments have there own opinion of the film even before the film has come out….to be fair rob zombie has come a long way in his skills as a director…he surely has a love for them….so even though u might have little expectations, maybe you should remember that this is a differant path then th sequals went…i think he wants people to like it just like people liked the original movie…and by the way when has a friggin movie poster been then tell tale sign of a movie bieng crap….lol amutuers!

p.s. i am a amutuer too see i even spelled it wrong!

I’ll play “Devil’s” advocate here and say that that the first time I saw The Devil’s Rejects I walked away not really knowing how to feel about it. But the movie has grown on me. And in all honesty, I really did LOVE Halloween, but I am intrigued to see what Zombie does.
I will admit that Zombie needs to mature a bit as a director, but I see potential.

This poster, IMO, looks like a comic book…

Well, I really like Rob Zombie as a director. House of 1000 Corpses was a fun flick, as was Devils Rejects. Still I don´t know if remakes are a good idea, even so when they try to remake a classic that doesn´t need a remake.

Still I am curious to see what Zombie does with it.

Too use smoe AICN-lingo here, I find this poster to be meh. don’t like the collage on the mask, should have been smoething more simple like the Hannibal poster for example. Still curious about the movie though.

i don’t mind the poster, i always like composits of lots of images to make one alrger image.

i kind of want to see this movie, i like zombie but dislike the halloween movies. i am a pretty big horror fan though.

either way, i wish he would just make a real monster movie.

the posters pretty cool, i like that there is so much going on in it.
i’m not major hyped about this flick, but it’s got to be better than having to sit through big brother on the telly box. right?
